Orders & Shipping

Orders are lovingly crafted and typically ship within 8-10 business days. Once dispatched, domestic U.S. shipping takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking details by email the moment your parcel leaves our workshop.

Absolutely. As soon as your order is dispatched, a tracking link will arrive in your inbox. Follow your parcel's journey from our workshop straight to your doorstep.

Returns

We want you to love your new items! If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Window

Items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Condition: Unworn and unwashed.
Tags: Original tags must still be attached.
Packaging: Items should be in their original packaging (if applicable).
Note: Items that show signs of wear, scent (perfume/detergent), or are missing tags will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs

Standard Returns: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If we made a mistake or your item arrived damaged, we will cover all shipping costs to get a replacement to you. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue so we can make it right.

How to Start a Return To begin the process, please email us at support@jebyscreations.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Of course. Size exchanges are offered subject to availability. Get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll guide you through the process.

Products

Some of our pieces are released in small, seasonal drops inspired by the stories we're reading. Once a design is sold out, it rarely returns in the same form — so if something calls to you, follow the whisper.

To preserve the magic of your print, wash cold inside-out on a gentle cycle and tumble dry low. Avoid bleach and ironing directly over the design. Treat it tenderly and it will accompany you through countless chapters.

We adore a good collaboration. Send us a message with your vision — favourite book, themes, and any imagery you'd love to see — and we'll let you know if it's something we can conjure.
